No freezing – Drinking Post will stay frost free in temps as low as -50°F/-45.5°C! Just make sure you order a Drinking Post deep enough for your climate.  You want the base of the Drinking Post at least 18″ below your local frostline.
No algae growth – The bowl fills and drains with each use, so there’s never any standing water for algae to grow in.
